Several years ago, we were asked, “What is the most important thing for a business to do to succeed?” While that is an incredibly difficult question to answer with one particular answer, I feel it can be answered all in a relatively same manner. Don’t get comfortable. The second you do, your competitors have passed you by. Because we are a relatively small firm, you inevitably end up wearing many hats and being the czar of many different jobs. You learn to think on your feet and quickly learn to adapt. Constantly learning and changing with your surroundings is a concept we praise to our clients. It is in fact that we tell them to get comfortable with change.
